Our Wedding

Shae and Antonio met at Teramar Beach in Carlsbad and connected through their shared love of surfing. Tony picked up Shae for their first date (surfing at Pipes) in his mermaid green EuroVan. They have been together since October 2018. As their relationship grew, Tony introduced Shae to skiing and Shae introduced Tony to mountain biking. Together, they love surfing, camping, pickleball, off-roading, rock climbing and adventuring. They're excited for what the future has in store for them.

Makayla is Shae's younger sister. Makayla is always up for an adventure or a girls trip. They love mountain biking together Even though Makayla is taller than Shae, she still looks up  to her.

Shae and Erin met through Shae's brother Luke. Erin is always down for a Karaoke night or a girls trip. She is incredible supportive and her creativity brings life to every occasion.

Tino is Tony's youngest brother. They grew up fishing and snowboarding together. People always thought Tony and Tino were twins when they were little.

Jacob has been Antonio's friend since elementary school. They have grown up snowboarding and fishing. They also have fond memories of surfing together in Carlsbad.

We can't wait to celebrate with you!Our dress code for the event is formal.To help guide your decision, the temperature in Anza Borrego in late January rarely exceeds 77, but it can be much cooler in the evening. Consider bringing a layer for the chilly evening as our event is outside. Additionally, be mindful that the event will be on unpaved surfaces so choose your shoes accordingly.

Borrego Springs is a charming dessert town east of San Diego in the Anza Borrego Dessert. In the springtime , the wildflowers are abundant. This town means a lot to us personally and we hope you will find it as special as we do. The town itself is small, but we have found a few places that offer lodging.
